Do's and Don'ts

I WILL DO: Furry/Anthro, Humans, Animals, Fantasy creatures, Pokémon, Fanart, NSFWI WILL NOT DO: Mecha, Heavy Gore, Real people, Imitate other people’s art, Any kind of hate speech, Feral NSFW or any kind of fetish I'm unconfortable with• I reserve the right to accept, deny or cancel any commission inquiry for any reason.• I will not draw another person’s character without their permission.• If you’re unsure if I will draw something, message me.• By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms of service.

Commission Details

• Send all commission requests via the form on the prices page.• You will need to provide me with visual references of the character(s) you want, as well as details about the scene, backgrounds, etc.• I will not accept AI generated images as references or inspiration.• Be sure to be clear on your descriptions to avoid misunderstandings.• I will provide you with sketch WIPs: one for the general pose, and another more detailed. I will accept big changes to the pose during the first stage, but only small changes on the second.• I may also send WIPs during the rest of the process, but will only accept making small changes in these.• Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months, depending on my schedule. If you need the art done by a certain date, it must be discussed before payment, as it may need an extra fee.• I don’t work on brazillian holidays or weekends.

Payment

• All commissions must be paid in full upfront, via PayPal, in USD. If you are from Brazil, I also accept bank transfer, in BRL.• I will only start working on your piece once payment is confirmed.• If I am unable to finish a commission for any reason, I will issue a refund based on the work already done.• If a refund is needed and I already started working on your commission, I will keep a 50% refund fee. I will not accept refunds on completed or almost completed pieces.• If a refund is needed and I have not started the commission yet, I can refund the full price, minus Paypal fees.• The prices listed are base prices. Depending on the complexity of the piece, prices may vary.

Usage

• Your commission is for personal use only. You may not use it for commercial work or sell it.• If you want to use your commission for commercial work, it needs to be discussed before payment. Commercial commissions will have a price increase.• I retain the full copyright of the artworks, and may post it on my socials and use it to promote my work.• You may not use any of my works for NFT/Non Fungible Tokens, cryptocurrency, blockchain-based technologies, or as training for AI.• You may not claim my art as your own, edit it, or remove my signature. If you share it online, you must credit me, using my socials.
